Jim Palmeri
CEO | Co-FOunder
With over 40 years of experience, Jim is a seasoned management executive who has led customer-focused organizations at renowned software, hardware, and networking companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Adobe, and Lumen. He is known for his operational, financial, and managerial leadership skills, building new strategic capabilities, and providing the tactical execution needed to scale companies, achieve organizational excellence, business profitability, and customer loyalty.
Currently, Jim is at the forefront of the data center business, designing and developing cutting-edge data center enclosures and cooling systems. This includes traditional IT data center loads with air-based hot and cold aisle designs, as well as advanced direct liquid cooling systems to support high-performance AI workloads. His innovative work addresses the evolving demands of modern data processing with robust infrastructure solutions. Jim led an initiative to establish partnerships with leading hardware equipment manufacturers such as Rittal, Legrand, Vertiv, and others.
Throughout his extensive career, Jim has gained significant experience in network design, working as a partner with key providers such as Lumen, Comcast, T-Mobile, ZIPLY, Verizon, and others. His expertise in network design has been instrumental in creating efficient and resilient networking solutions.
Furthermore, Jim has contributed his knowledge to cloud computing, big data, disaster recovery, security, and IT managed services. He leverages this broad experience in his role as President and CEO of Agitare Technologies, Inc. Jim enjoys photography, outdoor activities, and great food.
Toddy Mladenov
CTO | Co-FOunder
Toddy has nearly 30 years of experience in solving complex technology problems and designing hardware and solutions for companies like 3Com, Nemetschek, SAP, and Microsoft. He has a unique approach to solving technology problems by incorporating business value, customer needs, and innovation into advanced solutions that address real-world problems. His experience working on SAP’s Netweaver platform, Microsoft Windows client, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform has allowed him to stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry.
Toddy is at the forefront of cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and distributed systems development. He works with enterprises of all sizes to ensure that their line-of-business applications, infrastructure, and networks are protected from malicious activity. He also advises customers on their technology strategy, online security, cloud usage, and future plans to incorporate artificial intelligence into their business workflows.
In his decades-long career, Toddy has accumulated extensive experience designing network architectures, building line-of-business and cloud applications, and developing scalable systems and services. In addition to his long experience with Microsoft Azure, Toddy has solid hands-on experience with other cloud providers like Amazon AWS and Google Cloud. He is also engaged with the open-source community, working on security products and technologies that will power our future.
At Agitare Technologies, Inc., Toddy wears many hats. He designs technology solutions for customers but also manages operations, marketing, and finance. Toddy is a consummate outdoorsman, splitting his time between sailing, skiing, and biking.
